Connection/pairing issues with Stockholm?

If you have connection problems or that only one of your earphones is working, please follow the following steps below


The right earphone is the main connection to the mobile phone/computer AND to the left earphone. The left earphone only connects to the right earphone to sync. If either of the earphones is not working or not connecting on your device, it could be a syncing issue with it.


1) Ensure that the charging case is fully charged.

2) Place the Stockholm earphones inside the charging case and wait for them to have both lights.

3) While the earphones sit in the case, touch and hold down on the Urbanista logos on both earphones for at least 10-15 seconds and don't stop until you see both of them blinking.

4) Remove the earphones from the charging case and put them close together to pair. (there will be no lights on the left one while the right one will blink as it will try to connect to a bluetooth device).
